Team Jenkins cleaned up on the trip! The boys were given bracelets just because they were cute (or because they were basically the only kids on the boat), Seth won bingo TWICE and Chris, Noah and I all won one bingo game. The boys also won the coloring contest.

I won an ink pen. Don't be jealous...it has a stylus on the end.
The boys are officially too big to be entertained by the activities in the kids' room, but they loved the arcade. That room was much more fun for mommy and daddy, too.
Once we arrived at Grandma and Grandpa's house we filled our days with fun activity after fun activity. One of the first places we visited was the N.E.W. Zoo. The highlight of the trip was feeding the giraffes.

Getting a picture of the 3 oldest was sometimes a challenge...mostly because of our two!

Much better!
Seth was mad because Noah climbed on top of the ape statue and he didn't get a chance to do it.
As a result of the ape statue climbing incident, Seth refused to show his face for a family picture. Noah refused to show a pleasant face for a family picture.
That Savannah. So cute. She is so fun.
Grandpa photobomb!
Everyone enjoyed the zoo. It had a great variety of animals in exhibits that seemed a little too open, which made it fun. At the zoo in Grand Rapids, you can only see the bald eagles from a distance and behind a fence. At this zoo, the bald eagle could eat you for lunch.
Where did Seth learn to pose?
Yes, it appears we took more pictures of the kids than of the animals at the zoo.
Noah
Peacocks just wandered around aimlessly. It reminded me of the zoo in Springfield.
My favorite was the cute little tamarin monkey with her twins on her back.
On the way back from the zoo, we stopped in Green Bay for lunch and some essential Packer gear shopping. We ate at a restaurant near the stadium where you can order your wings boneless...Vikings style.
Another day we went to a kid friendly arcade (for the life of me I can't remember the name of it). It had the biggest Connect 4 game I've ever seen.
Declan had fun at the arcade, too. There was a carousel inside and he loved that so much that he cried when it stopped. He has gotten so big and so handsome!
Noah
Uncle Chris helped Declan ride the Harley.
Bill and Diane joined us at the arcade and got in on the bumper car battle!
These four had so much fun together.
Seth, Declan, Savannah, Noah
Noah's goal during our entire visit was to entertain Declan and make him laugh. He always wanted to sit next to him at meals and even wanted to walk with him on any outing.
Who wouldn't want to spend all of their time with this face?
One morning Grandpa took us all on a boat ride!
It was bright. Savannah & Noah

At first, Declan wasn't a fan of the boat ride. Then he LOVED it...then he was no longer a fan.
Everyone got to drive Grandpa's boat. A little too independently for my comfort level (I'm obviously a stick-in-the-mud), but they thought it was a lot of fun.
Noah
One night after dinner we went to the local ice cream shop for treats. It was pretty chilly! Great Grandma Behling was there to save the day.
Grandma, too... (with Seth)
After a jam-packed few days, we headed back home on the Badger. The boys, once again, won the coloring contest! On the back of the coloring sheet, the boys wrote what they liked best about riding the Badger. Noah said 'Because we git (get) to play bingo'.
Seth likes winning bingo and playing Galaga!
We returned home on Father's Day, so I talked my boys into a picture. Chris is the best daddy and the boys adore him!
Arriving in Ludington.
A couple of days after we got home, Seth lost his first tooth! It had been pretty wiggly for a few days, so that evening we decided it was time for it to come out. He sat on my lap for about 20 minutes and together we worked that tooth out. He was beyond excited. He even did a little 'I lost a tooth dance'. He also told me I was very good at pulling teeth because it didn't hurt. Sweet kid.
He was ready for the tooth fairy! It won't be long before the tooth fairy makes a return visit because he has another loose one. Noah had to have another tooth pulled by the dentist because he had a 'shark tooth' that was almost in and his baby tooth wasn't budging. When they were babies, they lost their teeth in the same order within a few days of each other. Now that they are bigger, they are getting their teeth the same way. Both of them have the same 'shark teeth'...Seth's were just coming in a little bit closer which helped loosen the baby teeth. I should have taken a picture of Seth's 'shark teeth'. So strange.
Thursday night we went to the Whitecaps game with several people from my office for a work outing. It was GREAT to spend time with my co-workers outside of the office. Of course, the boys had to play the pitching game.

Seth
The boys also got to play a game on the field after the 4th inning. Noah wore this fabulous wig, while Seth tossed velcro ping pong balls behind his back to see how many they could get to stick to Noah's head. The boys only got one, so they didn't win against the other team, but they did get to keep these fabulous shirts.
Yesterday we went to the Saturday Slip and Slide event in our community. They made these giant slip and slides! So fun. Chris and the boys took several trips down the hill. There were also bounce houses and booths by local businesses. It was a beautiful day to be and we got free ice cream. Win!
Noah left, Seth right.
Seth & Noahisms:
- This one should have gone at the end of the last post, but I forgot! The boys sometimes like to try and confuse people and get them to think they are the other one. Noah has a scar on his forehead and one on his chin. The boys must have realized that's how some people tell them apart because when Dad and Judy were here, the boys decided to dress in identical pajamas. They then came up to Judy, both with a hand on their forehead and one one their chin, and asked her 'Who is who?'. Sneaky little buggers.
- The boys right now are taking things in stride when it comes to people confusing them. They had classmates that had been in the same room with them for a year call them by the wrong name, even during the last week of school. One day I was walking with them and this little girl walked by and I heard her exclaim loudly 'Oh my! They look like the same one!'. I asked Seth if that happened a lot and he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'Yep'.
- As we were waiting for our car to be unloaded off of the Badger in Manitowoc, Seth looked up and asked me completely out of the blue 'Are you a Justin Bieber fan, Mommy?'. I had a very simple answer for him. No.
- The boys are in an all-day program again this summer and on day 3, they made a name for themselves. Chris picked them up that day and when I got home, the first thing he asked me to do was ask the boys what happened that day. I asked and Noah said sheepishly, 'We peed on the floor in the bathroom'. Of course I was shocked and asked why they did that...Seth looked up at me with those huge blue eyes and said 'We wanted to see who could pee furthest'. Ummm... For those wondering, I did not ask who won. I should've.
- At night, we turn on the radio for a few minutes after the boys go to bed. We thought we had it tuned to a pretty tame radio station, but... Last night in the car a song by Jason Derulo came on that talks about big fat butts and wiggling them (I just sounded like an old person. Ugh). We changed the channel quickly because we don't really want them to repeat those things, but we were too late. Seth said 'Go back! I want to hear the fat butt song!'. Chris told Seth that it wasn't an appropriate song for kids their age. Noah then said 'But we hear it in our bedroom sometimes!'. Seth chimed in with 'We hear it lots and I LIKE it!'. Oops.
