Well let's see, where did we last leave everybody? The boys are doing well. They are getting huge! We had Seth weighed at his doctors appt last week and he was 17lbs-12oz. They weigh more than bowling balls. At his appointment, the doctor thinks that he might be out of his helmet in another 4 weeks. Yeah! It doesn't bother him, but the helmet eats into your arm while you feed him. That and it's starting to get warm out and he's sweating in it. The doctor was extremely happy with his progress.
As you can see by the video, they are sitting up better and better everyday. Since last weekend when we shot that video, they are 3 times better at sitting up this weekend. As you can also see, they are a lot of fun.
Two weeks ago we had the Tulip Time Festival in Holland. We all went to the Tulip Time Muziekparade. It was a huge parade. They had marching bands come in from many states. They actually have to audition to be accepted into the parade. The local Holland High School band marched the entire parade in Wooden Shoes! Lots of people in the parade were in wooden shoes. It was amazing that the kids actually slept through a lot of it. We were sitting right on the edge of the road, and the bands came marching by blasting their trumpets and hitting their drums. They slept right threw it.
BRODY HAD A BIRTHDAY. He turned 2 this past week(May 11th). He's loving the invisible fence. We had the invisible fence installed in our yard and he has freedom to roam the backyard. He's so happy. He comes out and sits and watches me fish. Amazingly, he left the nesting duck alone. Speaking of the duck. She had either 9 or 10 ducklings. There was another duck that had babies over the last week and we don't know which one is which. I think our's was the one who had 10 babies.
HERE ARE SOME OF OUR PICTURES FROM THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS:
