It's been a long time since we updated the blog - so much has happened
1. I declared spring
2. Then it snowed on everything
3. I said spring would never come.
4. Then spring had a sense of humor and will be here until July...
5. Easter happened
6. The kids went away to 5th Grade camp.
7. The kids played a whole season of Lacrosse.
8. Papa and Judy came for a visit...and a lacrosse tournament.
9. Memorial Day 5k and parade came and went.
10. The kids graduated from elementary school...we have 6th graders!
The kids finished a whole season of lacrosse. Their first time trying lacrosse! They took some shots and did their best. They are practicing over the off-season so that next year they are more comfortable with it. They participated in a tournament and Papa and Judy came to visit. We brought the tent/cooler/radio/chairs/etc and made a day of it. It was a really fun visit with Papa and Judy.
The fishing has been pretty good. The kids have put their kayaks in the water a few times. Sometimes just to visit their friends across the pond. The ducks had ducklings. The geese are annoying. The frogs are in abundance. The boys saw two very large snapping turtles were "wrestling" for some time in the creek. Can we keep this innocence?
The boys went away to 5th grade camp and had a blast. Many stories/memories were made at camp. The kids said they want to do it again next year - One kid actually said he would do 5th grade again and stay back. God help us.
I still can't believe that Elementary School is over. Last summer before Middle School.
Middle school...I'm still not sure what I think about that.

Easter. We hid two eggs in the backyard with money - and we really hid them. The boys quit 4 times in an hour and needed to play Hot-Warm-Cold until they were found.
Seth was a good sport. Noah was too cool for this picture.
Of course we went and saw Avengers - picked them up right after school .
We forgot they had a pajama day that Friday...Oops.
