HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! to all of our friends and family who know the joys of motherhood.
Okay, NOW Spring is here! I think it's safe to say that now. We have been out in shorts for at least two weeks. Although I hear we are under a scattered frost warning tonight. So much for the tulips if that happens. That's okay, it's still in the 60's during the day. I'll take it.
Our tulips have popped up over the past couple of weeks and immediately began to disappear. We had a rascally rabbit eating up our tulips just about as fast as they were popping up. I finally caught him the other day and he has been relocated to the other side of town. He'll be happier there. Speaking of tulips, it's Tulip Time. The annual festival ran for a week and ended yesterday. We stopped by Dutch Village for a few minutes while we were in the area. It's nothing but tulips and wooden shoes all over the place. It's kind of fun. Maybe next year we will participate more. We did go to the parade last year, but this year it rained a little and we didn't go.
Both kids are doing great. We haven't given any breathing treatments in about two weeks and all is well (cross your fingers). The boys will be starting a new daycare this week. It was sad to change daycares, but something we had to do. We will miss the teachers who have given our boys so much love over the past 17 months. Can you believe they are almost a year and a half old? Where does the time go? We are going to spend this next year having as much fun as we can together.
Hope you are all doing well. Get out and enjoy the sunshine!

Noah and Brody are pals!
The playhouse is now moved to the yard. Too many splinters on the deck. It was cheaper to move it than buy gallons of Peroxide and Neosporin.
No Love like a Mother's Love
There is no love, like a mother's love,
no stronger bond on earth...
like the precious bond that comes from God,
to a mother, when she gives birth.
A mother's love is forever strong,
never changing for all time...
and when her children need her most,
a mother's love will shine.
God bless these special mothers,
God bless them every one...
for all the tears and heartache,
and for the special work they've done.
When her days on earth are over,
a mother's love lives on...
through many generations,
with God's blessings on each one.
Be thankful for our mothers,
for they love with a higher love...
from the power God has given,
and the strength from up above.
