I've been wanting to watch the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special with the boys and then feed them the Charlie Brown feast for YEARS, but for some reason I never did it. The day before Thanksgiving we finally did it and the boys thought it was hilarious and so much fun. They couldn't believe I was going to let them eat toast, pretzel sticks, jelly beans and popcorn for lunch.
We played games every day. Bub and Mindy got the boys Apples to Apples Junior and Exploding Kitties (yup). Those games were in heavy rotation.
We had a great meal and over-indulged. I didn't get pictures of our Thanksgiving meal, we were too busy digging in. It wasn't all happy, family togetherness, though. Seth didn't eat Thanksgiving with us because he was too busy pouting in the laundry room. I don't even remember why he was mad, but we decided to stop trying to coax him out just let him stay. Later, he finally came out and couldn't understand why his food was cold.
We gave the boys the turkey wishbone and it didn't go as planned. Whose wish comes true when the wishbone breaks like this?
Chris and Dad did a little Black Friday Shopping.
Dad helped Chris puts lights on our house. It looks so pretty.

The weekend after Thanksgiving we put our tree up.
Chris was moving the tree back and the boys 'helped'.
So much help with our tree!
Noah on the left, Seth on the right, Papa in the middle.
The boys (Seth especially) really wanted Papa to go out and go fishing with them. They were thrilled when he said yes.
Seth had a Writing Feast at school where the kids shared some or their writing and served a feast to the parents and special guests. Chris was able to attend and watch Seth give a speech to his class.
Over the weekend, Chris took the boys to Hope Depot for their kids workshop. They are 10 and this is the first time that they've gone. We've been meaning to, but you know...
We went out to eat while Dad and Judy were here. Noah and Seth played a lot of hangman, but Noah made it a little tough for us to guess. It was impossible and I still have no idea what Poofuada Tofuburger is.
